Sustained by an innate desire to support organizations that strive to make our communities and our world more equitable, and to preserve and protect species and wild spaces, Nova believes that one person, armed with passion and conviction, can inspire positive change. At LKA since 1999, she leads the company with a focus on strategy and program growth.

Nova’s interests include most anything outdoors, including hiking, fly fishing, camping, and exploring the beaches, forests, and deserts of Oregon. When not in Oregon, you’ll find her roaming Montana and Wyoming, where in 2017 she ran the Caldera Triple, completing The Grand Teton Half Marathon, The Yellowstone 5K and The Yellowstone Half Marathon, all in seven days.
