Mary Toropov

Senior Director, Fundraising Strategies

Mary has more than 30 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising. Her career began at WGBH in Boston, where she led membership, mid-level giving, and a sustainer program that became an early model for public media stations nationwide. While at WGBH, she won numerous awards from PBS for development, cultivation, stewardship, and innovation. Mary has also worked as Director of Individual Giving for the Boston Children's Chorus and as an account director for a consulting agency. When not serving LKA clients, Mary can be found singing with choral groups, doing needlework, or combing the beach in front of her home on Nantasket Beach in Hull, Massachusetts.
