Gwen Colwell

Gwen’s been building successful programs and thinking about philanthropy for nearly 20 years in the Seattle region. Her fundraising expertise centers on creating thriving annual giving programs, capital campaign integration, long term viability, and digital strategies for organizations in the public media, health care fundraising and international aid sectors. Gwen, a native Northwesterner, is an accomplished baker, vegetable gardener, and space fan, and has an abiding love for Stevie Wonder. Once while in the Peace Corps in West Africa she was held at the Togolese border for eight hours and had to skillfully talk herself out of accidentally border-crossing without all the right stamps.
