Thuong was born in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and is known for her commitment to progressive and continuous improvement, and the ability to respond and adapt when faced with unpredictable circumstances. When not at work, Thuong tries to “beat the system” at all-you-can-eat buffets, attends Asian pop music shows and conventions, gets too emotionally attached in gacha games, and travels across Asia with a motley crew of internet friends.
