LKA is thrilled to add two new Development Associates to our team.
Self-proclaimed “media junkie” Tom Haydon began his career as the owner of a used book and record store in Menlo Park, California. In 2005, after 30 years in the book business, Tom made the move to Portland and public media. He led Oregon’s TV viewers through the digital transition, then spent the better part of the past decade designing e-fundraising, communications and social media. At LKA, Tom manages e-communications and e-fundraising programs for a variety of organizations and provides essential project management and copy editing services.
Portland native Molly Sherwood began working with fundraising data at Oregon Public Broadcasting before donor records were computerized! Across her career she has developed deep experience in data management, has successfully navigated complex database conversions, and can be counted amongst one of the most knowledgeable data managers in the country. Lover of old movies, beach weekends and tattoos, at LKA, Molly brings her expertise in data protocols, best practices, data management and conversion strategy to a number of organizations in transition.
Welcome Tom and Molly!
