Blackbaud’s Idea Lab just came out with a great slideshow filled with fun nonprofit facts.

These two popped out to us:

Percentage of offline donors who renewed their support online: 3%

Percentage of online donors who renewed their support offline: 32%

Direct mail and telemarketing still rule the day. While the world is changing fast, to maximize revenue now, you must keep your feet planted firmly in both arenas.
